Application:
I t is a uniform, transpa rent an d colorless oily liquid with a viscosity slightly greater
than that of water. It is mainly used as hydroanthraquinone solvent in the new
process of producing hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method. Compared with
trioctyl phosphate, it has the advantages of large solubility of hydroanthraquinone;
large distribution coefficient of H2O2 in the two phases; large density difference
between tetrabutyl urea and water, and large surface tension.
Storage:
Keep t he container tightly closed . Store in cool dry place , avoid m oisture and
sun shine.
